The Tibetan Buddhist
deity Vajra Sattva is sometimes regarded as a medicine Buddha because
he understands the importance of balance to the health of body, mind
and spirit. He is always depicted with a Vajra in his right hand and
a bell in his left, representing a balance of Yin and Yang, or of
masculine and feminine energy.
