Howard Campbell, an expert in subversive iconography, expects protests for Joel Schumacher's soon to be released movie The Number 23 starring Jim Carrey and Virginia Madsen. Citing protests to other movies that have offended good Christians, Campbell expects protests that children are exposed to these dangerous ideas through TV commercials and movie trailers when only a short glimpse can infect and destabilize a mind.

Robert Anton Wilson's manuscript titled The Number 23 makes a clear connection between the numeral 23 and satanic tools. Campbell says it would be naïve to believe that this number would be bandied about so prominently without this knowledge.
