Video Series "Zen Living" on AlternativeApproaches.com
Today, with the debut of the series Zen Living, we here at AlternativeApproaches.com entered the online video age. We'd been wanting to have a video offering on our site for some time, but hadn't found the right content. We didn't want to start with just any video program, we wanted a show that rose above the crowd.
With Zen Living we found it. As one of our contributers told us, the show “isn't just good, it's damn good.”

Zen Living is a series of 24 short programs that deal with the holistic lifestyle. Each episode is eight to ten minutes long, and we will run one episode per week on our site. New episodes will go up each Thursday morning. During the course of the program, viewers will be able to learn about subjects like “Acupuncture For Fertility,” “Holistic Solutions To Stress,” and “Benefits of Massage.” This week's premiere episode is called “Asian Supermarket,” and it deals with all of the healthful items that can be found at an Asian grocery store.
The offering of Zen Living on our site comes as the result of a partnership between ON networks and AlternativeApproaches.com. “When we were contacted by ON networks and offered the opportunity to present the show, we took a look at several episodes and were quite impressed with the overall quality of Zen Living,” says Christine Hall, our editor. “Each show has extremely high production values, and the quality of the video is amazing, much better than what you see on You Tube. More than that, however, is the fact that each episode is chock full of information. Most of our visitors come to our site to be informed, and watching Zen Living is definitely a learning experience.”
We invite you to check Zen Living out for yourself. Just go to our home page and you'll find the player about halfway down the center column. We're sure that once you've seen one episode, you'll want to see them all!
