I have been channeling messages from the Akashic Records throughout my life, assisting others on their precious journeys and using the guidance of the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones myself. "The eyes are the windows of the soul." Logically, to take that proverb literally you would have to believe in the soul. For me, though, it happened the other way around. I didn't have a clue about spiritual matters other than my religion didn't fulfill me, but that's another story. My ideas changed about spirituality when I saw something flickering in the eyes of a stranger. The best I can describe it is that lights were in the eyes.

I feel the familiar swirling halo of warmth around the whole of my body as I sit comfortably on a puffy couch in my living room. The embracing warmness beckons me to succeed this time; I feel its smile. White clouds begin to well up ten feet in the distance—Cirrus-type—gently sweeping in a wisp, like the exhaust from a group of smoldering extinguished ember tips. Solid objects that once poke through the ambiguous cloudiness now fragment and disperse. The door in the distance, pictures on the hallway walls and the ever-present beige carpeting vanish lazily as I watch mesmerized in a three-quarter trance.

We are not born, in essence, American, French, Japanese, Christian, Muslim, or Jew. These labels are attached to us according to where on the planet our births happen to take place, or these labels are imposed upon us because they indicate our families’ belief systems.

The Akashic Records are the past, present, and future knowledge of all things. At the time a soul begins to experience life as an independent entity, a field of energy is created to record every thought, word, intent, emotion, and deed generated by that soul. This field of energy is known as the Akashic Record or The Book of Life for an individual; and it contains every piece of information about a soul from the time it leaves its point of origin until the end of time. Each soul's Record becomes available through a certain unique frequency, like a fingerprint that is encoded in into the energies of the universe. Certain individuals have the ability to access and utilize the special field of the Akashic Records to help individuals move past blocks to health, happiness, success, and personal truth.

"It's all one thing." For most people in the metaphysical world this is not news. Even physicists studying the non-rational quantum world agree: the universe is one immense energy field. Over the eons, some of this energy has temporarily hardened into matter. (In cosmological terms, "temporarily" can mean billions of years.) Some of it has condensed into light -- a mysterious in-between substance manifesting as both energy and matter.

Many people today are running blindly, haphazardly seeking their elusive higher self and purpose with frustration levels that border on insanity. They are disconnected from life, people, or their callings, but do not know what to do about it. Feeling lost and under the gun, they change directions repeatedly without thought or without pondering possible repercussions. With this in mind, the intent of this article is to provide a method to help one align with the higher self and to recognize this connection when achieved. Once aligned, purpose becomes clear and life becomes easier.

I have this personal theory I like to call "Consciousness Illusion," which I'd really like some feedback on. Now I know that all this is already well documented in many works on the subject, but let me attempt to form my idea within my own words...

We are in a profound time of unprecedented change in the Earth's evolution. Changes are happening both individually and collectively at such a rapid rate it is sometimes difficult to keep up. The energetic shifts are powerful and will only continue to accelerate.

From a psychological standpoint, personal Will is fairly easy to define: It represents the ego's desire to achieve its ends. In this context, "Will power" means to persist through time (and obstacles) to reach those ends. As the field of psychology never permits metaphysics to enter the equation, it defines Will in materialistic terms. It inquires about personal Will, but never about Divine Will.
