This spectacular Faerieworlds event is held at the Philadelphia Convention Center. 2007 was the inaugural year -- don't miss the second annual FaerieCon!
FaerieCon features an amazing lineup of guests, including Academy Award Winning 'Lord of the Rings' artist and designer Alan Lee, Brian and Wendy Froud (designers for the films Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal, etc.) , John and Caitlin Matthews, Holly Black, J. Corsentino, Kinuko Craft, and more!
In addition to panels, discussions, and presentations by the premiere faerie artists and authors in the world, the event features:
~TWO Faerie Masquerade Balls with live music and magical lightshows
~Vendors room with exceptional wares offered by artisans and retailers
~Enchanting storytellers and walk-around performers
~Faerie fashion shows and art shows
~Midnight faerie movies
The Good Faeries Masquerade Ball is Friday night.
The Bad Faeries Masquerade Ball is Saturday night.
