Based on his new book, You're Not Who You Think You Are: a Breakthrough Guide to Discovering the Authentic You, this Path Class will guide participants with proven strategies and tools to unearth their genuine, real selves. They'll dig deep to determine why certain people and situations keep recurring and why hidden issues and blocks are holding them back from becoming the people they were meant to be.
The Path to Authenticity will be hands-on--class participation and questions answered throughout the three days--journaling and writing will be part of the process as well as a buddy system for private sharing. Participants will explore topics such as forgiveness, relationship resolution and how to live with inspiration and courage. The overall endgame of the Path Class is to help each person be more who they really are by facing what blocks their authenticity.
