There's plenty of good sound advice on health issues on this site, with the focus being on nutrition. We especially like Dr. Weil's revamped Food Pyramid - which stresses the need to eat foods that have anti-inflammatory properties for health. Believe it or not, we learned about Dr. Northrup while watching Oprah during a snowstorm, and we were quite impressed with her rather enlightened approach to women's health issues. An OBGYN, Ms. Northrup incorporates a lot of chi, chakras and meridians into her practice - and her site is chock full of great information. We recommend this site to all women, and the men who love them. Five out of Five stars!

The navigation on this site well-intentioned site is very confusing. So confusing, in fact, that all but the most web-savey geeks are likely to throw their arms up in desperation. The site does have some positive things to offer, however. You can request free distance Reiki - and Reiki for self-realization. We give it Two out of Five Stars.

This new site is operated by the herbal products manufacturer, has a fairly extensive list on heath care issues. It allows users to look-up a health care concern, then gives information and recommends herbal products. Most of the products recommended are not proprietary, meaning they can be found at any health food store (or you can purchase them online directly from the site). We definitely recommend the bookmarking of this site.

Commercial site on Reiki that offers many informative articles. If you use Reiki, whether you're Reiki 1 or an experienced Reiki Master, you'll probably find something useful here. When we visited the site for this review, we were especially impressed to see the article "The Practitioner's Influence on Your Treatment." Too often, we've seen New Age Reiki people offer to "do Reiki" on someone while they were angry or emotionally upset. It's nice to see this issue being addressed on a Reiki site. Four out of Five Stars.

Testimonial and general info on healing technique based on heart chakra meditation. We're assuming that this site is new and needs time to grow. At present it offers a little information on using meditation as a healing tool, a bit on the chakras, but not much more. We give it 2 out of 5 stars.

This site is dedicated to the therapeutic uses of the various gemstones. Frankly, we're a little surprized that there aren't tons of sites like this. But this one is great, with the health uses of practically stone you can think of listed. There is also other information on gemstones available on this site. Five out of Five Stars!
