Commercial site on Reiki that offers many informative articles. If you use Reiki, whether you're Reiki 1 or an experienced Reiki Master, you'll probably find something useful here. When we visited the site for this review, we were especially impressed to see the article "The Practitioner's Influence on Your Treatment." Too often, we've seen New Age Reiki people offer to "do Reiki" on someone while they were angry or emotionally upset. It's nice to see this issue being addressed on a Reiki site. Four out of Five Stars.

In our opinion, this is one of the best sights on the web for information on aromatherapy. The sight includes profiles on 90 essential oils, a section on aromatherapy recipes, and a list of suggested books on the subject. Be sure to take the aromatherapy poll while visiting.

This new site is operated by the herbal products manufacturer, has a fairly extensive list on heath care issues. It allows users to look-up a health care concern, then gives information and recommends herbal products. Most of the products recommended are not proprietary, meaning they can be found at any health food store (or you can purchase them online directly from the site). We definitely recommend the bookmarking of this site.

Believe it or not, we learned about Dr. Northrup while watching Oprah during a snowstorm, and we were quite impressed with her rather enlightened approach to women's health issues. An OBGYN, Ms. Northrup incorporates a lot of chi, chakras and meridians into her practice - and her site is chock full of great information. We recommend this site to all women, and the men who love them. Five out of Five stars!

It’s probably not possible to teach either form of Tai’ Chi through a web page, and this one doesn’t even try. What they do, however is give you some useful information on using sounds and breathing techniques to aid you in your quest for wellness, and the 32 movement Tibetan Chi Kung form is much superior to the more complicated 108 movement Chinese form. They do try to sell you a CD, but they’re not too pushy about it. Don’t miss the link at the top of the opening page to “Tibetan Tonglin Meditation.”

If you're interested in energy healing, this site is a must for you to bookmark. The site contains no articles or information of its own, but is a clearing-house to other healing related sites on the Web. The keepers of this site promise that "NONE of the sites featured on this ENERGY THERAPIES page, the REIKI STYLES page, or the RESOURCES page have paid to be included here," which is more than you can say for the results you'll get by googling "Energy Healing." The combination of kundalini and Reiki should be a natural. Although this site seems to just be finding it's legs, it's already contains plenty of useful information and should become more valuable as time goes on. Disappointment: a broken link to the wildlife healing section. Three out of Five Stars.
