What they do, however is give you some useful information on using sounds and breathing techniques to aid you in your quest for wellness, and the 32 movement Tibetan Chi Kung form is much superior to the more complicated 108 movement Chinese form. They do try to sell you a CD, but they’re not too pushy about it.
